Feeling Good

"Take a cigarette-free smoking break. It's not healthy to smoke, but it is healthy to go outside for a puff of fresh air. When you feel office boredom, procrastination, or fatigue, go outside for a few minutes to get refreshed instead of visiting a candy dish or vending machine."

Slightly off topic, but I have a problem with 'cigarette breaks' if non smoking workers took that many breaks they would be called lazy, but it is seen as acceptable for smokers to take 10 or more breaks a day! How is that right?

Hi K -

You are so right about non-smokers would be considered lazy if they took that many breaks.

Another slightly off topic gripe... is... I so dislike having to walk through the smoke fog to enter a building.
