This is such a great book! The tips and advice that Dawn Jackson Blatner gives in her book have been so helpful to me! I strongly recommend The Flexitarian Diet. Right now Mark Bittman is getting all kinds of publicity for his new book when essentially he describes exactly what Blatner does in her book (Blatner's book was published before Bittman's). Her approach to flexitarian eating is so fun, fresh and approachable it really makes eating this way exciting! Especially when you start to feel great and look great too!
