How Much Should You Weight?

This is an interesting calculator. It might help people see they don't need to be as low on the scale as they initially thought. For instance a muscular man with a broad build at 5'9" would be told by the BMI charts that he should weigh about 160 lbs., but if the info is entered into this calculator the weight comes out at 179.1 lbs. Oh my stars! I think I need to adjust my goal weight I am trying to reach :O I think I knew what the healthy weight range was though, I just have been way out of it for so long (I mean wayyyyyyyyyyyy out of it), I am just aiming for something healthier than where I am now. But maybe once I hit my goal (hoping that I do), I can re-adjust again to what the "real" healthy weight should be. :-)
