Every Body Matters

If you haven't read Gary Thomas's book, Every Body Matters, I highly recommend it.

Wide grip pushups will work your chest, back muscles, and rear shoulders.
When doing push-ups, make sure that you keep your back straight.
Beginners: lie down on your left side, and lift your hips and thighs
off the ground by holding yourself up on your left forearm (knees are on
the floor).
