Add just one fruit or veggie serving daily. Get comfortable with that, then add an extra serving until you reach 8 to 10 a day.

What is that Smell?
As a kid I used to dread the smell of New Year's Eve and New Year's Day in our house...because we always had pork and sauerkraut, but now as an adult I like to find reasons to eat it at different times of the year.
