I'm reading One Month to Live by Kerry and Chris Shook and they asked some questions (page 36) that we need to answer as we strive to live well.
What's the biggest physical challenge you face? Weight? Body image? Injury or disease? What would it look like for you to take better care of your temple? What one step can you take today toward improving your physical health? Check out our daily exercise and diet plan at www.OneMonthToLive.com. Wrap Up the Year with Wellness
The following is taken from my 2008 Women's Monthly Planner for December 2008. It is published by The Positive Line.
Balance the pleasures of the season with your need to exercise, eat right, and rest. Celebrate with others and carve out quiet moments alone as well. Strive for moderation, especially with the tempting foods and alcohol at holiday parties. If you do overindulge, make up for it by adding extra steps to your day. Stay dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and you'll ring in '09 with new found energy and joy!

New Blog
Today I found that blogger has all sorts of neat gadgets that you can add to your blog and since I have this need to have some semblance of order to my blogs I decided to create a special blog that I can put all the neat healthy living gadgets I want on a blog without taking away from the themes of my other blogs. I would like to go somewhere and click on a link to find out some info occasionally and what better place than a healthy living blog.
I'm guessing my posts will be infrequent, but feel free to use the resources on the sidebar. As I find other blogs that give information on healthy lifestyles, eating or recipes, I will add them to my blog links. So far I have Kay's Write Eating blog linked.
Also please leave any comments regarding how you are living or striving to live a healthy lifestyle - physically, spiritually, emotionally, etc.
