I haven't exercised in such a long time. One thing after another seems to get in the way. If it's not my back issues keeping me away, then it's my husband's schedule, etc... the list goes on.
I've been having some serious back pain over the last year or so. Right now I just need to work on stretching and work back to exercise as I get stronger.

Exercising Again...
I'm back to exercising again. I have to plan to make it a part of my day or it won't happen. My neighbor showed me the paperwork she got from her health assessment at her gym. I'm probably working to hard to burn fat... For some reason I feel like I must suffer intensely when I'm at the gym??? I need to work to find the level that works for me without working too hard.

Good Habits
"Good habits are not made on birthdays, nor Christian character at the new year. The workshop of character is everyday life. The uneventful and common hour is where the battle is lost or won."
